Big news: we’ve joined forces
If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll know how much we care about doing things properly for you and for your dogs. Over the past year, James and Holly have been working closely together under their respective businesses (Luna & Co and Hollys Woofpack) and were excited to share that as of 1st April, we’ve officially merged.
Luna & Co and The Woofpack are now together under one name: Project Better Dog.

Why we’ve merged (and what it means for you)
This merger is a really positive step forward because it allows us to do more of what you’ve been asking for with more availability, more variety and more support.
Heres what this unlocks:
More classes (and more consistent scheduling)
A wider range of training options, including residential training and day training/day care-style options
More walking locations, giving your dogs more variety and better adventures
Most importantly, it means we can build an even stronger, more reliable service without losing the personal touch you already know us for.
What stays the same right now
We know change can feel a bit unsettling, so here’s the reassurance upfront:
Your current walks will continue as normal
Dog park Wednesdays will continue as normal
So in terms of your dog’s routine and your weekly schedule, nothing changes.
What’s changing (the practical bits)
The main change you’ll notice is admin-related:
Invoices are now issued under the new company name: Project Better Dog
Payments now need to be made to the new business account (so bank details are different)
Invoices are still sent as usual in the week before the upcoming month theyll just show the new business name.
Action needed from you
When your next invoice arrives, please:
Update your saved payment details (if you store them)
Make sure payments go to the new account
Avoid sending payments to the old account so nothing gets missed
If youre ever unsure, just message us and well confirm the correct details.
Coming soon: Adventure Days
We are also planning something that we are genuinely buzzing about: Adventure Days.
These will be longer days out for a larger group of dogs, think:
Beach days
Blickling Hall adventures
Extra time for socialising, stimulation and structured training
If you’d be interested in Adventure Days for your dog, let us know. We're currently putting together a list so we can plan dates and locations.
Questions? Were here.
If you have any questions or concerns at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We want this transition to feel simple, clear and positive.
Thank you for your continued support. We are genuinely excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to show you what Project Better Dog becomes.
Best wishes,
Holly & James – Project Better Dog
